ALL orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING (CONTINENTAL U.S ONLY)

*If you received FREE SHIPPING, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you paid for shipping with your order, please submit a return and we will email you a return label

We ship all orders via USPS. Orders with standard ground shipping will be processed within 1-2 days excluding weekends. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on your location. Orders are shipped out of Richmond, Virginia.

If you wish to receive your order faster, please select priority shipping at checkout. All orders with Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed (Excluding Weekends)

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

PLEASE double check your shipping address. Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
