Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. If an item is returned past the 14 day mark, it will be eligible for store credit if it's within 30 days of delivery date. Items past the 30 day mark will be NOT be issued a refund.

FINAL SALE or any item ending in .99 cannot be returned or refunded. Items purchased at 20% off or more are eligible for store credit only.

*If you received FREE SHIPPING, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you paid for shipping with your order, please submit a return and we will email you a return label.

What items are eligible to be returned? 
-items must have original MODE tag on them 
-items must be unworn & unwashed 
-items free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke, or stains 


What items are NOT eligible to be returned? 
-items that have been worn or washed 
-items with any visible stains or smells
