We aim to please every customer, every time so if there is a problem with your order or you are not happy with something, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of you asap!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 days of purchase due to our ever-changing inventory.  

To begin your return, please e-mail with "RETURN" in the subject line and include the following information in your message:

  • First and Last Name
  • Order #
  • Date order was purchased
  • Method of payment & last 4 digits of c/c used

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not honor price adjustments.



 Items not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Items purchased at 25% off or more are eligible for store credit only.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn/washed condition.
  • Returns that do not have original MODE tags intact.
  • Returns received after 7 days of the original order delivery date.
  • Non-apparel items returned without the original packaging intact.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box or protective bubble wrap.

 *Please try on with appropriate undergarments before removing tags and hygienic liner.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 7 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. If your return is refused, you can choose to have the item sent back to you at your cost.




Due to quick-moving inventory, if you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend ordering the new item ASAP, and completing the return process for the original item.


If you need to make a change to an order, please email  as soon as possible after placing the order.  We cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change in time but will do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

When returning, use a known carrier such as USPS or UPS with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. Keep tracking information until refund amount has been posted to your account.

Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package. 



Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.
